We are Oasis

We are your direct contact in the area for the supervision, maintenance and management of your property, coordinating and carrying out the work needed to keep it cared for, functional and ready for use or rental.

The service is led by Omar Campos, Electromechanical Engineer, who has more than 7 years of experience in maintenance, customer service and electromechanical works.

Our goal is to simplify the management of your property: a single local contact to coordinate providers, supervise work, handle unexpected issues and keep you informed about the state of your property.

    We coordinate and follow up with third parties for repairs, breakdowns, maintenance and other services, so you do not have to manage multiple providers from a distance.

Engineering supervision

A technical eye on every detail of your property.

  • Green area maintenance

    We keep the green areas of your property in good condition, using electric equipment that reduces the noise and emissions of conventional gasoline-powered equipment.

  • Monthly testing

    We periodically verify that the main equipment and installations of the property work properly, including lighting, appliances, air conditioning units, pumps and water heaters.

  • Fault response

    When any anomaly is reported, we carry out an inspection and initial diagnosis within a maximum of 36 hours, coordinating the actions needed to resolve it.
